Area Sales Manager – Southern England


Due to expansion Winterwarm UK require a self- motivated and experienced sales person to join our team. The Area Sales Manager’s key role is to represent Winterwarm and sell our market leading range of industrial heating and ventilation products to specifiers, merchants, contractors and end-users.

We are looking for a highly driven individual who can work on their own initiative and play an active role in securing and developing new business and establishing a strong customer base in the region. This role requires you to travel to various sites around the southern part of the country and would suit an individual who has previous experience in a similar role and has a proactive and determined approach to undertake all tasks required. You should be a conscientious and reliable individual, able to plan and prioritise and have the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with potential customers.


*You must have the ability to meet sales targets and represent the business professionally
*You must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to manage your own diary productively
*You must have an organised determined approach to your projects
*Seeking out new opportunities within your area and logging these into our systems and tracking them to completion 
*Develop new and existing relationships/ contacts through regular visits and follow ups, promoting the range of products and technical support to ensure target growth is achieved
*Ensuring that all accounts are managed effectively liaising with the General Manager and head office staff as appropriate
*Although working remotely, you will be part of a national sales team and will keep up to date with developments in the territory and provide feedback with other colleagues to help convert any opportunities
*You will be asked to assist with design installations and problems, so a strong background and technical understanding of heating and ventilation systems is needed
*At times you will be asked to participate in industrial trade shows
