The Rooftop is a special version of the TRC unit air heater which can be placed on top of the roof.
The front of the rooftop is provided with a flange on which one can connect a duct or a air discharge module in order to distribute the warm air into the hall. Advantage is that fresh air is brougth into the room (ratio fresh air and return air can be determined by choice by means of a damper section).
As the heater is located on the roof, no valuable space in the hall is occupied, and the heater is not an obstacle for cranes (by example). Besides that, the heater is on the roof easier accessible for service than when suspended at considerable heighth in the hall.
Of course the TR Rooftop has the same characteristics as the TRC:
- electrical ignition
- reset
- 2-stage burner
- available pressure up to max. 300 Pa.
- robust tubular heatexchanger
- simple 2-wire control
The basic model of the TR Rooftop is delivered as standard including:
- heater module (insulated)
- centrifugal fan(s) incl. safety controls
- fanbox (insulated)
- flange for duct connection (back and front)
- combustion outlet pipe
- roof frame (2 types possible)
This model can be applied in situations with 100% recirculation of return air (no inlet of fresh air).
Optionally the TR Rooftop can be provided with:
- outside air entry module
- stainless steel heatexchanger
- stainless steel interior (includ. heatexchanger) in case of aggressive return air
- damper module (manually)
- servo-motor + switch for control of the dampers at a distance
- filters (for return air and/or outside air)
- Air outlet module (insulated), incl. duct connection
- frost protection (advisable in areas where temperature drops below -10°C)
- softstarter (included for heaters with power consumption > 2,2 kW)
- on/off switch 400 V.
Available capacities: 24 kW - 28 kW - 40 kW - 50 kW - 60 kW - 80 kW - 100 kW - 125 kW - 150 kW
