Service-parts will leave our warehouse within 48 hours after receipt of the order, provided the items are in stock. Packages are sent by special courier. If we are out of stock, you will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery time.

For an alternative delivery please place your order with a Winterwarm-distributor in your area.

Shipment cost on prepaid accounts will be Free of charge. Account customers will have carriage added to the end invoice.

For larger orders which have to be packed on a pallet, the exact transport costs involved will be invoiced separately, depending on weight and volume. 


Winterwarm Maintenance

Annual service is highly recommended on all our heaters. Please contact your installer. If this is not known we have several Service Partners throughout the country who are very experienced in servicing our heaters. They can also offer you a maintenance contract.

Warranty on Heaters

Warranty cover. 1 years labour including parts and a 2nd year parts only. Warranty will apply once commissioning has been done. The commissioning must be done within 4 weeks of purchase, or warranty will start from date of invoice. Commission records will be required.

Parts cost and Carriage charge for replacements will be invoiced. And a full credit be raised once any faulty items have been returned which will be the responsibility of the installer/ merchant.

Warranty on Parts

Parts and accessories are 1 year warranty only from date of original invoice, which should be given at time of claim.

If you are already a Winterwarm account customer and a payment terms have been agreed, then payment can be made via BACS as usual

Returns policy
if you have ordered the incorrect part for any reason, you may return this part by following the return procedure as described below. Provided that the part is undamaged and unused, you will receive a credit note.

Return procedure

Winterwarm does not accept unauthorised return of products.

  1. Request a return number by e-mailing
  2. Return the package including the original delivery note and confirmation of returns number received.
  3. After receipt, Winterwarm will check the article
  4. If the part is judged to be in the original condition, you will receive a credit note for the total invoice amount, less any carriage charges if any have been applied manually, these will not be refunded.


Attention: a returned part will only be accepted if the package includes a return number and a delivery note.

Service and maintenance
Installation, repairs and maintenance may only be carried out by an experienced installer. If you have a Winterwarm heater please contact the company that installed the heater. If unknown, then contact the Winterwarm distributor in your country. The distributor can also provide spare parts and service to installers.
