Features of both systems:
- Dust- and splash-proof (IP65) and impact-resistant (IK10)
- Hygienic and easy to maintain thanks to the round polycarbonate housing
- Also suitable for HACCP environments, cold rooms, and freezer cells
In the warehouses, narrow-beam lenses were used to ensure that light reaches efficiently down to floor level, while in other areas wide and ultra-wide lenses provide a broad and evenly distributed lighting pattern.
An external DCEM30DX emergency power unit was also installed. In the event of a power failure, it automatically activates the emergency circuit over a length of 105 meters (35 segments of 3 meters), which remains illuminated for one hour at 80 lumens per luminaire. This is sufficient to ensure safe and clearly visible evacuation routes.
The installation was carried out efficiently thanks to straightforward mounting, clear guidance, and careful completion. In close cooperation with Hoppenbrouwers Techniek and Bidfood Nederland, the design was fully aligned with the end user’s requirements during the engineering phase.
