I.F.E.E. Metaal now heats and cools completely gas-free

At I.F.E.E. Metaal, an important step has been taken towards a more sustainable future. For 25 years, the workshop was heated by a Winterwarm gas-fired heater. When it reached the end of its service life, it was time for a future-proof replacement. Through WSi Techniek, contact with Winterwarm was re-established, resulting in the installation of a fully electric heat pump system to replace the existing gas-fired heating system. The new climate system provides both heating and cooling, completely gas-free. With the smart thermostat, minimum and maximum temperatures can be set with ease, ensuring a consistently comfortable working environment without the need for constant supervision. The installation consists of two 30 kW units, delivering a combined heating capacity of 60 kW. This solution is not only ideal for renovation projects such as this one at I.F.E.E. Metaal, but is also perfectly suited to new-build applications. A future-ready solution that delivers comfortable, energy-efficient and sustainable climate control for the workshop.
